Roger Taylor announced as patron for music at Guildford's ACM

Queen drummer Roger Taylor has been named as a new patron for music at Guildford's Academy of Contemporary Music.

Taylor's had ties with ACM in the past, having cut the ribbon last year on the Academy's 80-seat Roger Taylor Zildjian Studio. He joins music executive Nigel Elderton, patron for industry, and Lord Lingfield, patron for education.
